KitchenAid 30-inch Freestanding Electric Range YKFEG500ESS

Not the Same Quality. I purchased this stove in 2017 and the glass top is in terrible shape. It discolored and it really scratched even though I have been very careful and used specific cleaning products for glass tops. I have a second Kitchen Aid stove over 12 years old and the top is still in very good shape. Kitchen Aid use to be high end, but their quality has definitely changed

Self cleaning feature is too labour intensive and a big disappointment

Loving the ceramic cooktop - the capacity of the oven is great. The only drawback is the very small drawer under the oven. I had to reorganize my kitchen and find a new place for my pots.

I really do love the smart features of the convection settings that auto correct temperature settings. I think the giant oven window is amazing like the durable cooktop. Not certain about the steam cleaning feature on the oven. No one enjoys cleaning an oven and this one still takes a good bit of elbow grease.

I am very disappointed with my range. I have purchased other stoves and have never spent as much time or product trying to keep them clean. The cook top is so difficult to keep .... even splashes from boiling water leave marks and require so much attention to clean... never mind the amount of buffing and scraping I do whenever a splash of oil hits the surface.... I bought the range because I was so impressed by its looks, my sister had just bought the same one, but I have regretted my purchase . I wish I could trade it in for a regular coil model.... I really am so disappointed
