    If you have chosen our washing machine installation service, please note that it is available exclusively during your scheduled delivery appointment.     When our delivery team brings your washing machine, they will:

    · Remove shipping restraints.

    · Attach front legs and adjust rear legs.

    · Connect the existing drain hose to the new unit.

    · Connect the new waterline hose kit to your current hot/cold taps.

    · Ensure the appliance is level as needed.

    · Perform a water leak check.

    · Leave all manufacturer-attached "To be removed by recipient only" literature as is.

    · Collect any other literature and provide it to you.

    However, please note that our delivery team will not:

    · Connect the washer if there's no electrical grounding available.

    · Connect the new washer to old hoses. The homeowner must disconnect old hoses before delivery so our team can install two new standard 6-foot stainless steel washer fill hoses. Custom hoses are not an option.

    · Remove spring-loaded, folding, or sliding glass doors.

    · Remove windows.

    · Hoist or lift the product above their waist.

    · Place the product on top of an elevator.

    · Perform carpentry work, such as removing molding or drilling into walls or floors.

    · Perform electrical work like changing fuses or rewiring electrical outlets.

    · Allow the recipient to carry or assist with hooking up the merchandise.

    · Stack units using old stacking kits; new kits are required.

    · Stack a new unit on top of an existing old unit.

    · Disconnect old units; they must be disconnected beforehand to set up the new units.

    · Unplug from the wall outlet.

    · Disconnect water hoses from the old unit and existing hot/cold water taps.

    · Disconnect the drain hose from the old unit (the hose connected to the wall should remain for draining).

    · Reverse the washer door.

    · Cut or alter manufacturer attachments.

    If the hook-up cannot be completed, our delivery team will:

    · Provide an explanation for why the hook-up is not possible

    If you have chosen our dryer installation service, please note that it is available exclusively during your scheduled delivery appointment. Any specific requests or accommodations beyond our standard installation are not within the scope of our delivery team.     When your electric dryer is delivered, our team will:

    · Attach the dryer legs.

    · Connect it to an existing 220-volt outlet using a new "pigtail."

    · Connect the dryer vent at the back and the side, but only if a side vent connection is already installed.

    · Conduct a test to ensure the appliance functions correctly.

    · Level the appliance as needed.

    However, please note that our delivery team will not:

    · Install the appliance if the existing vent does not vent outside the home.

    · Install the appliance if the metal vent cannot be connected to an existing venting system.

    · Connect the appliance to a ceiling vent.

    · Connect the new dryer to the old vent. The homeowner must disconnect the old vent from the home's venting system before delivery so that our team can connect the new 8-foot aluminum foil dryer vent. Custom vents are not available.

    · Remove spring-loaded, folding, or sliding glass doors.

    · Remove windows.

    · Hoist or lift the product above their waist.

    · Place the product on top of an elevator.

    The delivery team will:

    · Connect the dryer vent at the back and the side if a side vent connection is already installed.

    · Please note that basic installation is available only during your scheduled delivery appointment.

    The delivery team will not:

    · Connect the appliance to the gas line.

    · Test the on-off switch or check for gas leaks.

    - Install the appliance if the metal vent cannot be connected to the existing venting system.

    - Install the appliance if the existing vent does not vent outside the home.

    - Install the appliance if it's meant to be connected to a liquid propane supply or any source other than natural gas.

    - Install the appliance if the gas shut-off valve is not above the floor.

    - Connect the appliance to a ceiling vent.

    - Connect the new dryer to the old vent. The homeowner must disconnect the old vent from the home's venting system before delivery so that our team can connect the new 8-foot aluminum foil dryer vent. Custom vents are not available.

    - Remove spring-loaded, folding, or sliding glass doors.

    For steam washers and dryers, please be aware of the following installation guidelines:

    The delivery team will:

    - Connect steam hoses and the Y connector provided that these parts are included with the units purchased or supplied by the customer at the time of delivery.

    - Remove shipping restraints, attach front legs, and adjust rear legs.

    - Connect the drain hose and connect to existing hot/cold water taps.

    - Level the appliance as needed.

    - Check for water leaks.

    - Leave all "To be removed by recipient only" literature in/on the product where it's attached by the manufacturer.

    The delivery team will not:

Refer to the product page to verify if additional steam hoses are included, as they are separate from the standard hoses. If not included, new steam hoses must be purchased separately and available at the time of delivery, or connection will not be performed, and rescheduling won't be possible.

    - Install your steam dryer if water hoses are not disconnected before the delivery team arrives.

    - Install the appliance if the existing vent does not vent outside the home.

    - Install the appliance if the metal vent cannot be connected to an existing venting system.

    - Place merchandise on top of an elevator.

    - Hook up the washer if no electrical grounding is available.

    - Reverse washer or dryer door.

    - Cut or alter the manufacturer's attachments.

    - Connect the appliance to a ceiling vent.

    - Connect the new dryer to the old vent. The old vent must be disconnected from the home's venting system by the homeowner before delivery so that a new 8-foot aluminum foil dryer vent can be connected by the delivery team. Custom new vents are not available.

    For laundry pedestals, please note the following installation guidelines:

    The delivery team will:

    - Install the pedestal if it is delivered with the laundry appliance or if the customer already has a compatible pedestal.

    The delivery team will not:

    - Install the pedestal if it's not compatible with the model of the laundry appliance being delivered.

    - Return to install the pedestal if it's not present at the time of delivery of the laundry appliance.

    - Remove spring-loaded, folding, or sliding glass doors.

    - Remove windows.

    - Hoist or lift the product above their waist.

    - Place merchandise on top of an elevator.

    - Perform carpentry work, such as removing molding or drilling into walls or floors.

    - Perform electrical work, such as changing fuses or rewiring electrical outlets.

    - Allow the recipient to carry or assist with merchandise hook-up.

    - Disconnect old units; old units must be disconnected beforehand to install the new units.

    - Cut or alter the manufacturer's attachments.

    If the hook-up cannot be completed, our delivery team will:

    · Lift packaging off product to show recipient condition of product.

    · Replace carton or wrap.

    The delivery team will not:

    · Hook-up and/or install dishwasher.

    · Haul Away recipient's current dishwasher if still installed.

    · Cut or alter the manufacturer's attachments.

    · Place Merchandise on top of an elevator.

    Portable dishwashers, built-in ovens, and trash compactors

    Basic installation is not included for dishwashers and/or ovens. Basic installation is included for trash compactors. Basic installation can only occur at the time of your scheduled delivery appointment. Any specific requests or accommodations beyond our standard delivery are not within the scope of our delivery team. Our team will deliver and position the product in your home, making sure it's done safely and without causing any damage. This service assumes that there is clear, obstacle-free access without any stairs involved. The successful completion of delivery depends on the absence of unexpected circumstances.

    For portable dishwashers, built-in ovens, and trash compactors, the delivery team will:

    · On recipient's request, un-carton product and place in location that recipient specifies.

    If the item comes with casters, attach casters.

    The delivery team will not:

    · Hook-up portable dishwasher, built-in ovens or compactors.

    · Haul away recipient's current unit still installed.

    · Cut or alter the manufacturer's attachments.

    · Place Merchandise on top of an elevator.

    Gas ranges

    Basic installation is not included with gas ranges. Any specific requests or accommodations beyond our standard delivery are not within the scope of our delivery team. Our team will deliver and position the product in your home, making sure it's done safely and without causing any damage. This service assumes that there is clear, obstacle-free access without any stairs involved. The successful completion of delivery depends on the absence of unexpected circumstances.

    When receiving your gas range, the delivery team will:

    · Remove protective plastic, inside and out of the appliance.

    · Set grates and burners in place.

    · Level merchandise as required.

    The delivery team will not:

    · Connect the gas line.

    · Install manufacturer-provided "anti-tip" or other range stability devices.

    · Remove spring-loaded, folding and sliding glass doors.

    · Remove windows.

    · Hoist Merchandise or lift product above their waist.

    · Place Merchandise on top of an elevator.

    · Perform carpentry work (removing molding/banisters drilling into walls or floors, etc.).

    · Perform electrical work (changing fuses, wiring within an electrical outlet).

    · The delivery team will not allow a recipient to carry Merchandise or assist with Merchandise hook-up.

    Electric ranges

    Basic installation is included for electric ranges. Basic installation can only occur at the time of your scheduled delivery appointment. Any specific requests or accommodations beyond our standard delivery are not within the scope of our delivery team. Our team will deliver and position the product in your home, making sure it's done safely and without causing any damage. This service assumes that there is clear, obstacle-free access without any stairs involved. The successful completion of delivery depends on the absence of unexpected circumstances.

    When receiving your electric range, the delivery team will:

    When receiving your cooktop, the delivery team will:

    · Deliver to the room of choice.

    · Remove all packaging.

    · Haul away old unit if uninstalled by owner.

    The delivery team will not:

    · Set up, Hook Up or Level

    · Cut or alter the manufacturer's attachments

    · Place Merchandise on top of an elevator.

    Refrigeration

    Basic installation is included for refrigerators and freezers. Basic installation can only occur at the time of your scheduled delivery appointment. Any specific requests or accommodations beyond our standard delivery are not within the scope of our delivery team. Our team will deliver and position the product in your home, making sure it's done safely and without causing any damage. This service assumes that there is clear, obstacle-free access without any stairs involved. The successful completion of delivery depends on the absence of unexpected circumstances.

    When receiving your refrigerator and/or freezer, the delivery team will:

    · Arrange all racks, crispers, ice trays, door handles, and other components according to the factory's recommended settings.

    · Connect the appliance to power and set it to a medium-level cold setting.

    · When necessary, detach and then reattach handles and doors to finalize the delivery process.

    · Adjust the doors as needed to ensure proper alignment.

    · Level the product as necessary.

    · Ensure that all literature labeled "To be removed by Customer only" remains with or inside the product.

    · Provide the recipient with any remaining literature.

    The delivery team will not:

    · Connect a water line, which includes installing an ice maker if required.

    · Turn off the residential water main before installation.

    · Install a stability device provided by the manufacturer, such as an "anti-tip" device, or any other recommended device.

    · Remove spring-loaded, folding, or sliding glass doors.

    · Remove windows as needed for the installation.

    · Use a hoist or lift to raise the merchandise or product above waist height.

    · Position the merchandise on top of an elevator, if applicable.

    · Perform carpentry tasks, including removing molding, banisters, or drilling into walls or floors as necessary for the installation.

    · Carry out electrical work such as changing fuses or working within an electrical outlet if required.

    · Please note that the delivery team will not allow the recipient to handle or assist with the merchandise in any way. hook-up.

    If unable to complete a hook-up, the delivery team will:

    · Explain why the hook-up cannot be completed

    Delivery and Haul Away

    Haul-Away service is included for specific major appliances.

    We provide appliance removal services, contingent upon unobstructed access without the necessity of removing doors or other obstacles. Please have your old appliance prepared for removal when your new product is delivered. Please note that we do not uninstall products unless the service is specifically chosen and paid for.

    Commercial appliances and oversized appliances require specialized services and additional charges will apply. It's important to schedule Haul-Away when you book your delivery appointment. This service is exclusively available at the time of your delivery and must meet the specified Haul-Away Requirements

    Installation is not a standard inclusion for all product categories except for laundry appliances.

    If you choose installation for product categories other than laundry, please be aware that our installation service is designed for straightforward installations without unexpected complications. We do not make alterations to plumbing, electrical systems, millwork, or similar structures. It is essential to ensure that your setup is prepared for this service when your new product is delivered. Please also note that additional fees may apply if any additional work is required.
