Our Returns Policy is divided into two different categories:

Home Appliances & Repair Parts.

 

Please read below for more information. We do not have any exceptions to this policy.

 

Parts Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns on appliance parts
  • All parts sales are final sales
  • We carry parts for thousands of models. We cannot foresee  the parts, diagnosis, modifications or expertise you require to complete your repair
  • We are unable to provide technical support 

 

Major Appliances Return Policy

Before Purchasing

Most returns can be avoided before you make your purchase. Please check model specifications and installation guides or call our knowledgeable appliance specialists for more information. Sometimes issues cannot be avoided, so here are some tips to help you if they arise.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your appliance before accepting delivery

It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for it. Appliances are delicate and have many parts that are sensitive to rough handling. Check for both internal and external damage and notify your salesperson immediately.

 

Defective Merchandise

Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly

It is important that you install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective and not due to shipping damages, please contact customer support. 

If a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void. Handy Appliances always goes according to the manufacturer warranties and policies.

 

Product Does Not Meet Your Needs

Before deciding on the model that you will purchase, do all appropriate research. If you receive an item that does not meet your needs please contact your salesperson. Any product that has been opened cannot be returned. We do not have any exceptions to this policy.

 Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the applicable delivery & pick-up charges.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Special order products:
  • Floor model or open box products
  • Parts & Accessories
  • Products that have been unboxed, installed or used
  • Microwaves, Hoodfans & AC’s

 

Handy Appliances reserves the right to decline an exchange or accept the return of ANY appliance.
