Poor workmanship and customer service

I bought this less than 30 days ago and the dryer already has issues called Maytag customer service and very unkowledgeable. The entire reason we purchased Maytag was the supposed reliability?..then he tells me I may need to pay for the service call. Whatever. Looks like I will be returning this junk.

The Right Choice!

With so many choices out there, I'm happy that I chose this dryer (and the companion washer). This laundry pair replaced a three year-old laundry pair made by a different manufacturer (to be completely honest, the previous laundry pair was included when I sold my previous home). Great features, made in the USA, and a retailer (Best Buy) that offers price match made the purchase decision an easy one for me. Only missing one feature that the previous dryer had...that being an interior light when the door is opened. Maybe Maytag offers the interior light on a different model. Even though I miss the interior light, the performance has convinced me that I made The Right Choice!
