Choose this microwave based on its versatility and ease of operating. Loved the overall look of this appliance in our new kitchen. I have had fun trying new recipes and pleasantly surprised with the results. This is a very user friendly microwave that performs well.

Less than impressed!
Extremely disappointed

Bought this microwave in May 2018. The over The range fan is terrible. Hardly works, when I cook on my stove and have the fan on high, I can literally wipe the water that is dripping from my cupboards. The fan is VERY LOUD. The unit makes a very loud vibrating noise when I warm up food that the repair guy recorded and said should not be happening. It takes way longer to warm stuff up in it than my last microwave. I have already had the transformer, magnatron, and fan motor replaced. It didn't fix any of the issues. I've spent hours on the phone with Maytag, they just want to keep replacing the same parts that didn't fix the problem to begin with. After talking to a very rude supervisor I wrote a letter to the the Maytag executives (that is the only way you can speak to someone above the supervisor) and still have not heard back from them. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone!
