Not great!!!

We got this Microwave with our kitchen reno which was done in the winter 2019/20. I do not use my microwave very often, 2-3 times a week for a quick defrost or softening butter during winter mornings (SOFTEN BUTTER was my favorite option on this machine) :) but seriously 1 year old and it started making a really loud noise and then it quit heating my food, very disappointing that a machine with this kind of price value to only last 1 year!!! we didn't even bother an attempt at getting it repaired since we found a NEW one for $79 which was a cheaper option then even bringing it away and have a repair man look at it!!!!!

Very weak

It takes double the time to heat anything, and yes I read the manual and kicked the tires. Samsung is usually a good product but I think they failed on this one.

New and broken, Samsung says it's as designed

Bought this 2 months ago. After first use there was smoke coming out from it and it started to make very loud static noise sounds (I have to unplug it when not in use) .Called Samsung they told me to NOT bring it back to the store. Took them 2 months and multiple support call to "fix" it (so I can't bring it back to the store). It's not fixed and they say they won't fix it. Never buying samsung product anymore.

Reliability and service issues.

Purchased Dec 2015 from Costco and returned for service due to electronics failure in July 2016. Had to pay for shipping to Samsung then arrange pick-up as we live 200 Kms away.August 2017, unit has failed again and is out of warranty. Clock resets to 12:00 when the door is closed.Will continue to use for now and just ignore the clock! I am about to contact Costco for a replacement or refund.

Auto/instant cook actually works, and well.

Auto/instant cook actually works, and well. Ceramic interior is darker than standard microwaves and appears cleaner longer. Easy to clean too.
