Great Value/Features

Replaced older GE installed under counter cooktop. Fit without requiring any cabinet modifications. Display simple and clean. Love the new convection and air fryer functions.

Wish I had known

Disappointed. Purchased at recommendation from Best Buy associate, they did not have this model to view. Was delivered and installed with two pull out racks that seemed to have two layers each. It took up so much vertical space, and not conducive to adjusting. Lucky if I can fit a turkey in it, for sure won't be able to cook veggies casserole in lower rack as I did in my old oven. Then tonight wanted to try making air fryer hot wings. You can't use this feature unless you have a smart phone. Call me old school but If I'm at work, how does the chicken wings get into the oven from the fridge so I can start the cooking process while I am at work. Or if in traffic and held up I have to pull over to log onto the app to postpone the cooking process?? Really. Sometimes bells and whistles are ridiculous. I dont want that app on my phone and feel I spent a ton of extra money for features I now will never use. Very disappointed, sorry GE. I do like my gas stove top.

Biggest piece of garbage

They lie! Don’t do it! It’s the worst purchase Ive ever made and it was almost 10 times the cost of a normal oven! The camera doesnt work, the “smart” functions dont work and dont expect anyone to do anything about it. The service matches the appliance. A massive fail. How can you not even stand behind a product for more than 1 year. How horrible is this that it only gets a one year warranty? And I still went out and bought it. I bought in to the gimmick! Thats all it is. It doesnt do most of what they claim it does and when they acknowledge it doesnt and its proven by several technicians they dont actually stand by the warranty. They just keep sending out more technicians. Save your time and your money and spend it on a product worth it. This GE Cafe is HORRIBLE
