Electrolux 30-inch Dual-Fuel Freestanding Range ECFD3068AS

Overall, we really like the range, but it has its drawbacks. It looks amazing in an updated kitchen and the stove top and oven are big and easy to clean. There's a learning curve to using gas as it heats up very quickly and simmering can be an art form. We haven't used all the oven settings but there are many. The controls aren't really intuitive at first and can be a little clunky. The big drawback is setting and keeping the time. It was very difficult to set the time and after two weeks, it's 30 minutes fast which I'm trying to contact customer support on, but it has to be during the week it looks like.

The learning curve on the controls is a little steep. The only issue I have is with the cooling fan that blows out the back top of the cook top. It?s just a little too loud. Fry an egg and the fan kicks in for about an hour. No more quiet breakfasts.

I?m sure the rating will change once the parts that have to be replaced come in and our NEW stove works,! But right now I cannot give a fair rating because we are not able to use the range. The oven shuts off and also the burners are not staying lit!

This oven is a good addition to my newly remodeled kitchen. It replaced the 1962 GE oven that was original to the house. I like the features and the functions of this oven. I do not like the occasional fault code 8 that shows up periodically every time I have tried to contact tech support about this issue I get placed on hold or no answer just the automated system.

I have wanted a range like this year?s and now that I have it, it?s perfect! I have not used all the features yet, but the easiest glider rack is so nice. The burner?s allow perfect heat adjustment.
