· Refrigeration sealed system repairs (Sealed system repairs include any refrigerant-related work, such as compressor, evaporator, condenser repairs, or addressing leaks and restrictions.)
· Washer bearing,tub, motor or transmission replacement
· Stacked appliances requiring second tech assist
· Re-building appliance
· Labor-Intensive Repairs involving disassembly of large portions of the appliance
