Perfect

Needed microwave of countertop, this one fitted perfectly above range where regular hood was installed. Nice contemporary style, looks very sharp.Fairly easy to install.

Vents into the apartment

I bought this microwave as part of a kitchen makeover. The first time it was used air came blasting out beneath it into the livingroom. I had the installer come back and re-intall it. It made very little difference, this product does and incredibly poor job of venting out veritically. If you are a big stove top cooker, this appliance is not for you.

We LOVE the quietness!

We bought this space-saver model to save remodeling the cabinets, and it fits perfectly, leaving clear access to the range. Also, we are amazed at how quietly it runs ... far quieter than any others we have had. The installation instructions do need a re-write though ... they are far from being clear. And ... we have to explain to our guests who made it, as there is no name on the front!! Room for a little advertising there folks ... plus we love the Whirlpool brand and would love to see it displayed! What happened ... ??

Perfect size

Been wanting to replace my range hood but did not want to sacrifice the space between range and microwave. This model just made me decide to go for it due to its size which is just perfect. Have a few complaints though. Instructions is too generic;it is like “go figure it out yourself”; the Whirlpool label in front of the appliance is missing. Now my microwave looks like a generic, no brand appliance. Hey Whirlpool, how can I be proud of your products is you forget to print your brand?
